Job Description

A school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support students in a K-6 elementary setting. This full-time contract role is scheduled for the current school year, from ASAP through June 4, 2026. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm, totaling 32 hours per week.

Location:

• Red Lion, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized strategies.
• Provide ongoing data collection and progress monitoring.
• Train and support school personnel in behavior management techniques.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania BCBA certification.
• Experience working with K-6 student populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation.
