Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst supports strategic decision-making by conducting advanced financial analyses, developing forecasts, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to leadership. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Develop and refine financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with teams to set budgets and track performance against targets.
• Provide recommendations for strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• Support investment evaluations, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence.
• Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and assess financial risks.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in financial analysis or related roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Competencies:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Certifications (Preferred): CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
