We're Hiring: Senior Flooring Project Manager

Location: In-Person – Office in Miami, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Flooring Project Manager to join our award-winning, carbon-neutral team at Commercial Interior Contractors Corp (CIC). With over 40 years in the business and hundreds of milestone projects, CIC is a trusted leader in South Florida’s construction scene — and now we’re growing.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and manage all phases of projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, designers, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage procurement of materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and prompt issue resolution
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, client sign-off, and warranty documentation
• Use project management software and tools for tracking progress, costs, and communication

Who You Are:

· • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (flooring preferred)

· • Expert at managing budgets, timelines, and people

· • Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)

· • Detail-oriented, accountable, and results-driven

· • Strong understanding of flooring systems, drawings, and specifications

· • Familiar with Procore, QuickBooks, and MS Office Suite

· • Ready to take charge and make an impact
