- Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working.
- Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers
- Has the availability to work various shifts between 2pm and 10pm with Weekend Availability.
- Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs
- Previous Shift Leader Experience Required. You are eager to lead a team
- Serv Safe Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Job Duties Include:
- taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
- making food and smoothies according to brand standards
- prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- stocking and clean-up
- Handle last-minute absences and schedule changes
- Train and coach new employees
- Assigning duties to staff during shifts
- Perform food safety temperature checks
- Prepare nightly deposit and complete closing tasks
Salary:
- Starting $15.50 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!).
- Increased Pay with experience and availability.
