Job/Practice Description:

• Sleep Medicine Physician
• Location: Findlay, OH (1.5hrs from Detroit)
• 100% Clinical and Outpatient Only
• Monday-Friday, no weekends or evenings
• 8am - 4pm M-Th. 8am - 12pm on Fri.
• Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
• 3 Days in person clinic and 2 Day available for Remote reading telehealth.
• 1:2 office phone call only
• 16hrs sleep study reading, 20hrs patient contact, 4hrs admin
• Reading 15-20 sleep studies per week
• Typical Clinic Patient Volume: 13 per day
• Support staff: APRN, Nurse, and an MA
