Join a bold, rapidly growing AgTech robotics startup building the future of farming from the ground up—and we need a hands-on systems programmer to join our Seattle-based team.

What you’ll do:

• Design and optimize real-time, bare-metal systems using C/C++/Rust
• Develop and debug embedded Linux systems (systemd, networking, kernel interfaces)
• Containerize and deploy distributed services using Docker
• Write software that interacts directly with hardware under real-world constraints
• Prioritize determinism and reliability for real-time robotic systems
• Collaborate with a fast-moving team to ship production-ready code
• Troubleshoot edge cases with creativity and limited resources
• Communicate clearly, directly, and constructively

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years building and shipping real systems
• Comfortable with low-level programming and embedded environments
• A scrappy, resourceful mindset and a love for problem-solving
• Willingness to be on-site in Seattle—robots don’t do remote
