Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be the driving force behind Hydration Rooms most vital hiring need: Registered Nurses (RNs) and clinical staff. This individual contributor role focuses on proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and full-cycle recruiting of RNs in existing and new markets. You will be responsible for building pipelines from diverse sourcesincluding hospitals, ERs, and peer wellness clinicswhile ensuring candidate quality, cultural alignment, and licensing compliance.
In addition, you will also manage select corporate recruiting needs. Success in establishing predictable, high-quality hiring outcomes will create a pathway to building and leading our recruiting team as Hydration Room scales nationwide.

What We Offer:
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 per year. Bonus eligible.
