Job Summary:
The Talent Initiatives Program Manager will be responsible for continuing to strengthen our diverse talent pipeline by supporting the DSE DEI Talent Management initiatives related to the Internship, Rotational, and Military Fellowship programs. They will be responsible for creating tools and resources to prepare early career talent for future leadership opportunities at TWDC, as well as strengthening the company’s connections to HBCUs and HSIs. The Program Manager will also support work related to the overall DSE Cast experience and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead the DSE Internship and Rotational programs through a diverse pool of candidates and support the participants' successful completion of the program with a focus on conversion
Collaborate and partner with Talent Acquisition to seek out the most diverse and qualified candidates
Partner with TA to evaluate applicants and present a diverse slate on a consistent set of qualifications
Act as a liaison to internal partners who support programs and initiatives focused on BERGs, DOTY, HBCUs, and HSIs
Support leader's efforts with the development and integration of Cast Experience and DEI initiatives
Create monthly DSE DEI and Cast Engagement Recap
Provide program updates, metric, reports, and recaps that will be presented to Sr Leadership
Create tools and resources for leaders to better understand the programs and support the participants' experience
Guide participants through development resources and networking opportunities within the organization
Plan and support sessions and meetings related to the programs and their cohorts
Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to assess participant performance and support future role readiness
Partner with internal teams to align DSE roles with the Military Fellowship opportunities offered to the TWDC throughout the year
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience
Experience leading a variety of concurrent projects with a structured and strong program management approach
Ability to take initiative and excel with autonomy
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, balance multiple projects, and have strong prioritization skills
Proven track record to influence and partner within a diverse organization to help drive business results
Ability to develop solid relationships at all levels within the organization
Demonstrated strong written and verbal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification
DEI or HR industry equivalent
Prior Disney Company leadership experience
