Tax Senior

We are a growing local CPA firm located in the heart of Orlando. We are 20 employees strong with a diverse client book of HNWIs, for profit entities and non-profit entities. We are a full service firm that offers Tax, Audit, Wealth Management, and soon to be offering outsourced CFO services. We work with a wide range of industries including real estate, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, non-profits and more. As said, we are growing fast so there are plenty of opportunities for upwards mobility and even a path to partner from an early point in your career. We offer full benefits, 401k, flex hours, a hybrid-loose remote schedule, and shorter busy season hours (45-55 hours). 

We are looking for an experienced tax accountant to come in and be able to hit the ground running to boost productivity of the tax team. All you have to do is service current clients well, and provide your technical knowledge and listening ear to aid their businesses and personal finances as best as possible. What You Need for this Position

3+ years of experience in Public Accounting

• CPA license

• Extensive Experience with staff in planning, performing, and completing Tax engagements.

• Develop professional relationships with clients.

• Passionate about developing associates and senior associates

• Expert in both tax return prep and review (especially partnerships, s-corps, and individuals)

• Experience in developing best practices, training, mentoring, and team project management

Benefits

Salary: $80,000-$110,000
