**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse, RN who will play a crucial role in delivering professional nursing care to our patients. The ideal candidate will utilize a range of nursing skills and clinical processes to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
As the primary caregiver, you will provide direct patient care while collaborating effectively with other healthcare team members, including physicians and patients' families, to ensure optimal health outcomes. You will have the autonomy to make decisions in alignment with patient care protocols while also working under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and the Director of Nursing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to support the healing and educational processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and make informed decisions independently and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provide support, education, and resources to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
**Qualifications:**
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
