💵 Pay Rate: $20/hr (W2)
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | Contract
📆 Start Date: Second Shift starts August 18th
📚 Training Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
🌙 Primary Shift: 2nd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
About the Role:
We're seeking a Warehouse Operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in efficiency, safety, and attention to detail. If you have forklift experience and a solid work ethic, this is a great opportunity to join a top-tier operation with long-term potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Load and unload trucks, aircraft, and other vehicles
🔹 Transport goods on pallets, crates, and totes within the facility
🔹 Stack materials accurately per inventory instructions
🔹 Verify load accuracy and secure for transport
🔹 Perform daily equipment inspections (batteries, lubrication, etc.)
🔹 Ensure quality control and safety compliance
🔹 Enter data using tablets and complete computer-based training
🔹 Operate RF scanners (if applicable)
🔹 Maintain clean, organized workspaces
🔹 Dispose of unused machine materials and attachments
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ 2+ years of forklift experience (certification provided within 30 days if needed)
✅ Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
✅ Strong basic math and computer skills
✅ Mechanical or technical aptitude preferred
✅ Clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
✅ Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed
