OVERVIEW

The Workplace Sustainability Project Manager plays a vital role within the Global Workplace & Sustainability team, responsible for managing and executing sustainability initiatives across global operations. This role involves working closely with leadership to implement and bring the company's sustainability goals to life. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, overseeing sustainability projects, and ensuring these initiatives align with the overall workplace and safety strategies of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead coordination and strategy development for LEED and WELL site certifications.
• Develop and manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) and sustainability programs, including food, waste, and renewable energy.
• Oversee reporting for greenhouse gas inventory, CDP, and ESG disclosures.
• Monitor indoor air quality (IAQ) and lead employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage the workplace sustainability budget and represent the organization in industry coalitions and internal communications.
• Research sustainable materials and apply relevant environmental standards and frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of sustainability experience.
• Expertise in operational sustainability (e.g., LEED, WELL, sustainable food, renewable electricity).
• Experience with site utility data collection and familiarity with the GHG Protocol.
• Strong data analysis skills and program-building experience.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
• Skilled at synthesizing complex inputs from multiple stakeholders.
