Our client, a dynamic construction services company, is seeking an Accountant to join their team. As an Accountant, you will be part of the finance department supporting the overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage deadlines, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Loveland, Colorado

Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000

What's the Job?

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including entering vendor bills and initiating approval workflows.
• Process payroll accurately and maintain records for bank reconciliations and inventory accounting.
• Generate accurate and timely financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Implement and refine AP/AR workflows and maintain thorough documentation for audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory management and job cost tracking.
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads and work independently.
