Job Description

Soni is hiring for a client seeking a Business Process Analyst to evaluate, design, and improve business processes across departments. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, project management experience, and process improvement expertise to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

• Partner with business leaders and teams to capture current-state processes, requirements, and workflows.
• Use SQL to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover inefficiencies or root causes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma practices to redesign processes for improved quality, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop future-state process maps and create clear SOPs to guide adoption.
• Build and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project to track deliverables, milestones, and progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of process changes.
• Deliver training and support change management activities to enable successful transitions.
• Monitor and report on process performance post-implementation to measure results.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling and project tracking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives from design through execution.
