Position Summary
ClearSale is looking for an Inbound Lead Manager (Independent Contractor, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, MST Shift) who is friendly, responsive, and professional in their ability to connect with people over the phone. You’ll be the first voice many of our sellers hear—fielding inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from homeowners who need to sell their house but cannot or prefer not to list with an agent. They turn to a direct house buyer like ClearSale to provide clear options.
Our sellers come from all walks of life—owners facing costly repairs, families relocating out of state, individuals managing inherited properties, landlords offloading rentals, and people navigating financial or personal challenges. Your role is to build quick rapport, understand their needs, and qualify them so our Account Executives can take the next step.
You set the tone for the first human interaction a seller has with ClearSale. This role isn’t just about qualifying leads—it’s about creating the beginning of the experience for every seller we serve. That first impression matters, and your ability to listen, empathize, and guide sets the stage for everything that follows.
This is a fully remote, contract-based role — Colorado applicants are preferred but not required. Our business operates exclusively in the Front Range, and we’ll help you understand the local market so you can build trust and credibility with homeowners from your very first call.
You’ll handle warm, inbound leads generated through our marketing and referral network. Success in this role comes from being highly responsive, organized, and confident on the phone. You must be dependable, professional, and committed to guiding sellers through their first step with ClearSale.
