Job Summary:
The Store Manager at Joybird plays an integral role in laying the foundation for our retail business. Store Managers work very closely with our Regional Manager of Retail to ensure our ongoing success. This role focuses primarily on building a team of exceptional associates, executing processes and procedures that help us consistently provide amazing customer service, and ensuring that the store exceeds defined financial performance targets.Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
SCOPE & IMPACT:
This role is responsible for overall financial performance of the retail showroom – targets currently range from $5 - $8M annually.

Responsible for directly leading the leadership and sales team of the store – up to a team of 10

The Compensation Range is at least the local applicable minimum wage and up to the high-earning average target for this role. Individual pay is based on various factors, including geographic location, personal performance and relevant qualifications, experience, skills, and education.
