As Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to create engaging and effective designs that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize new features and designs
  • Developing mock-ups and prototypes to test ideas and iterate on designs
  • Creating detailed design specifications and drawings, and ensuring products are functional and aesthetically pleasing
  • Conducting user research and gathering feedback from users, business stakeholders, and team members
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to develop products and experiences that drive business value
  • Outlining product specifications for review and providing feedback on ways to improve the product
  • Work alongside your Engineering lead and Product Manager to achieve goal-oriented outcomes

About You

  • 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a fast paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final products.
  • Demonstrated experience building a product from the ground up as well as designing new features and iterations.
  • Proficiency in Figma is required; experience with other design tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in design solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative design process including how to develop and use design research, journey mapping, wire-framing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals to achieve solutions that meet our customers needs.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree required.

Salary range: $100,000- $120,000 + Bonus Eligible

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
