Overview Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Epic . This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and relocation to the area is required. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. The role involves implementing software that saves lives and driving impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations. Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) as part of a team that leads software installations and supports new Epic customers through go-live. You will present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide ongoing support with autonomy in decision-making and strong support from the team. Present project status and outcomes to stakeholders; coordinate end-user training and go-live support. Travel 25-60% of working days, with typical trips lasting 2–4 days. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Utilize project management skills to balance scope, schedule, and resources with autonomy and team guidance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major). A history of academic and professional success. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID-19 vaccination. Compensation and Notes Salary ranges and locations vary by role (examples include multiple Project Manager roles in Austin, TX).
