Position Overview:

As a Solar Sales Representative at Green Bear Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of clean energy by helping residential and commercial customers go solar. You’ll be responsible for educating prospects, managing the sales process, and ensuring a smooth transition to solar energy solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the renewable energy movement while earning a great income.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience (solar experience is a plus but not required; training is provided).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills —you must be able to articulate complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills .
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with a passion for renewable energy.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and Green Bear Solutions’ offerings.
  • Conduct energy assessments to determine the most suitable solar solution for each client.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to residential and commercial clients, explaining the cost savings and environmental impact of going solar.
  • Negotiate and close sales , ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to signed contract.
  • Follow up with customers to answer questions and assist with the installation process.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for potential referrals and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets , consistently driving revenue growth.
