Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross?functional SAP teams, driving project delivery, and communicating with business stakeholders and executive leadership. Experience with S/4HANA programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, enhancement, or rollout projects
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Work closely with functional leads (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, Basis, etc.)
• Facilitate workshops for requirement gathering, scope definition, and solution design
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, testing, and cutover activities
• Conduct project status meetings and provide updates to leadership
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, PMO standards, and quality guidelines
• Oversee UAT, documentation, training, and post?go?live support
• Drive communication between business stakeholders and project teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of IT project management experience
• 5 years specifically managing SAP projects (ECC or S/4HANA)
• Strong understanding of SAP modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, WM/EWM, ABAP, Basis
• Proven experience delivering large?scale SAP implementations or rollouts
• Expertise with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Ability to manage multi?vendor and global project teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with budget management and executive reporting
