Job Description

Multiple openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). These full-time roles are based at individual elementary, primary, or middle school sites in Gray, GA, serving students in grades K through 12.

Position Details:

  • Contract duration: July 2025 through May 2026 (Non-Summer Year)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Schedule: Hybrid work schedule with a combination of on-site and remote work
  • Caseload: Approximately 45 to 50 students per caseload, depending on the grade level and school site
  • Location: Candidates will be assigned to one specific school site

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP license or certification relevant to the state
  • Either completed CCC or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a school or related setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Ability to manage a substantial caseload while providing individualized therapy and assessments

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students with various communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with state and district regulations
  • Participate in necessary meetings and professional development opportunities
